Missouri Citizens for Safe Communities

Determined to Create a Safer Missouri

Our Mission:
Missouri Citizens for Safe Communities (MO-CSC) is a non-profit, non-partisan organization working in our state with the goal of making Missouri a safe place to live for all of its residents.  We believe the best way to do this is by supporting, educating and motivating individuals to advocate for reasonable community and state policies that allow children to learn, thrive and grow to become the next generation of amazing citizens. We began as an online grassroots collective action group in July 2021 that grew quickly to become a non-profit organization in 2022.  We are committed to being a force for good in the community through strong communications, lifting one another up, and seeking understanding and common ground to build toward a positive future for everyone.

Missouri Citizens for Safe Communities is a 501(c)(4) non-profit, social welfare organization. According to the Internal Revenue Code, contributions to civic leagues or other section 501(c)(4) organizations generally are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
We are grateful for any support or contributions you can make.

Education & Outreach

Our recent initiatives have focused on raising money, needed donations, and awareness for two wonderful organizations: Find the Light Foundation AND Youth In Need. MO-CSC is proud to have supported both of these organizations as part of our Pickleball Clinic and Scamble for Youth In Need AND helping support Find The Light Foundation's school supply drive event! We look forward to working with both organizations on future events and appreciate the important work they do in our community.

Thank you, Youth In Need! Thank you Find the Light!
